We are seeking a dedicated and highly reliable Personal Assistant/Driver to provide direct support to the Business Owner. This is a one-on-one role requiring a professional who is trustworthy, flexible, and proactive, capable of managing both business and personal tasks with efficiency and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary support to the Business Owner in both personal and professional matters.
  • Handle scheduling, calendar management, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Drive the Business Owner to meetings, events, and appointments, ensuring safety and punctuality.
  • Run errands and provide all-around assistance as required.
  • Anticipate needs and take initiative in problem-solving.
  • Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

  • College graduate, preferably with a degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of driving experience with a valid driver's license.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work flexible schedules and shifting hours.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and dependable.
