The Digital Marketing Supervisor is responsible for planning, supervising, and implementing programs to achieve marketing and sales objectives of the organization. The lead will also be responsible for customer relations through different web platforms, coordination for the fulfillment of orders, and handling social media platforms. Responsibilities:Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and e-commerce platforms.

Responsible for product and online-selling related queries in social media (Facebook, Viber) and online marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, and the like. Monitor the day-to-day activity in online communities and marketplaces and its overall performance to achieve goals like improving user experience and increasing website traffic and sales. Remain knowledgeable on products offered, and discuss options or suggestions with customers when necessary.

Fulfill online sales orders across online sales platforms and coordinate order fulfillment. Create compelling and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. This may include graphics, photos, videos, and written content that highlight our brand and products.

Manage and optimize e-commerce and social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to maximize ROI.Develop a content calendar and collaborate with agencies, influencers, and in-house creatives to create engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms (e.g., blog posts, videos, social media graphics). Lead management of social media channels, engage with followers, and build online communities. Lead development and execution of online advertising campaigns.

Assist in responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally. Drive planning, executing, and improving content and social media marketing efforts. Track, analyze, and report monthly data performance of digital marketing activities and provide insightful suggestions to improve the strategies.

Use analytical tools to review campaigns and channels in order to progress and maximize the success rate.
