Job Description
  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications, employee portals, and internal tools (intranet, workflows, dashboards, booking systems).
  • Build polished front-end features using modern frameworks and enterprise design systems, integrating seamlessly with APIs and SaaS platforms.
  • Configure CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, and deployment workflows for reliable and repeatable releases.
  • Ensure WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility compliance by working closely with designers, QA, and accessibility specialists.
  • Continuously optimize performance across Core Web Vitals (LCP ≤ 2.5s, INP ≤ 200ms, CLS ≤ 0.1) using profiling, testing, and monitoring tools.
  • Implement analytics, usage dashboards, and reporting to track adoption, user behavior, and task success rates.
  • Enforce front-end security, privacy controls, and best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
  • 4–8 years of professional experience building modern web applications.
  • Proficient in , Angular, or Vue, with strong knowledge of front-end architecture and reusable UI components.
  • Strong UI/UX understanding with proven experience implementing WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
  • Hands-on expertise in optimizing and measuring Core Web Vitals and diagnosing performance issues.
  • Experienced in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for front-end applications.
  • Able to demonstrate debugging skills in accessibility and CWV during technical interviews.
