Overview of the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer with expertise in , React, and Tailwind CSSto join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building scalable, dynamic, and high-performing web applications. You will work extensively with headless CMS platforms (e.g., Strapi) and deploy modern web solutions on platforms like Netlify.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications using , React, and Tailwind CSS.
  • Integrate and customize headless CMS platforms (Strapi or similar) for content-driven experiences.
  • Implement dynamic website functionality and ensure smooth deployment to Netlify or similar platforms
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and the Technology team to deliver intuitive user experiences.
  • Ensure websites are optimized for performance, scalability, SEO, and accessibility.
  • Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging tools, and modern front-end workflows

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of responsive design principles, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Familiarity with SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and SSG (Static Site Generation).
  • Hands-on experience deploying applications on Netlify, Vercel, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with Marketing Automation Tools (Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Marketo)
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library) preferred.
  • Experience with performance monitoring and optimization tools (e.g., Lighthouse, Sentry) preferred.
  • Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows (GitHub Flow, PR reviews).
  • Experience consuming third-party APIs.
  • Experience working in agile environments with tools like Jira or Linear.
  • Strong understanding of state management libraries (React Query, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Context API).
  • Ability to implement consistent UI/UX across pages using modern component-driven architecture.
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals (structured data, meta tags, Open Graph, canonical URLs).
  • Experience collaborating with designers (Figma) and backend engineers.
  • Experience integrating content from headless CMSs (Strapi, Contentful, Sanity) using APIs or GraphQL.
  • Work efficiently and effectively under pressure and with critical deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to produce high volume of quality/accurate work.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 2+ years of professional experience in front-end development
  • Experience in the legal and or recruiting/staffing industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing workflows and CMS-driven content strategies is beneficial
