Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
· Recruitment & Onboarding:
· Coordinate the recruitment process from job postings to candidate interviews and selection.
· Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring smooth transitions.
· Employee Relations:
· Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and workplace issues.
· Resolve conflicts and concerns in a professional and confidential manner.
· Performance Management:
· Support performance appraisal processes, including setting goals and providing feedback.
· Assist managers in creating performance improvement plans as needed.
· Compensation & Benefits:
· Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
· Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws.
· Training & Development:
· Assist in identifying employee training needs and organizing relevant programs.
· Promote career development opportunities and assist employees in skill enhancement.
· Compliance:
· Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and employment laws.
· Stay up-to-date with legal changes and ensure HR practices are compliant with labor regulations.
· HR Administration:
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR system.
· Prepare and maintain reports related to HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, etc.).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php692.31 per day
