Position Overview:

The Sales Order Booking Personnel is responsible for accurately processing sales orders and ensuring seamless order management from initiation to fulfillment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams, including sales, logistics, and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and review sales orders from customers and internal sales teams.

  • Enter sales orders into the company's order management system accurately and efficiently.

  • Verify order details, including pricing, product availability, and customer information.

  • Communicate with sales representatives and customers regarding order status and any issues that may arise.

  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping.

  • Address and resolve discrepancies, returns, or order cancellations as required.

  • Maintain detailed records of orders and customer interactions for reporting purposes.

  • Assist in generating sales reports and analyzing order patterns.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to order processing.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to build strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in business administration or related field is a plus.

  • Prior experience in sales order processing, customer service, or logistics preferred.

  • Proficiency in using order management software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.

  • Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain processes is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
