Job Summary:

Documentation and processing of various NWRB applications for CWSI and Filinvest affiliates, renewal of business and barangay permits of CWSI. Computation and review of the tariff schedule, preparation of financial projections, submission of compliance with the NWRB (annual reports, withdrawal reports, potaility test results), and other relevant reports. To join in the ocular inspections, attend to legal matters regarding CPC, water permits, and other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the completeness of all necessary documents needed in processing the renewal of barangay and business permits of CWSI and the application of CPC (New, Renewal, Renewal with Increase of Water Rates, Renewal with Extension of Service Area), Water Permits, and Petitions to Increase Water Volume Discharge of CWSI, FLI and subsidiaries.
  • To coordinate with the concerned team in gathering all plans and documentary requirements for the application of various permits for CWSI and Filinvest Affiliates concerning Water and STP as follows;

Discharge Permit (LLDA/DENR)

Building Clearance issued by Barangay

Locational/Zoning Clearance

Fire Safety Evaluation Clearance

Building Permit

Fire Safety Inspection Certificate

Environmental Compliance Certificate

Occupancy Permit/Permit To Operate

  • To attend to hearing with regards to various permit applications.
  • Join and assist in the ocular Inspections of different government agencies (NWRB, LLDA, DENR, DPWH and others).
  • Ensure the accuracy and timely preparation of the Quarterly Groundwater Withdrawals Report for all projects with Approved Water Permits to be submitted to the NWRB.
  • Actively participate in encoding/inputting Water Utility Data of all Projects with Approved CPCs in the Listahang Tubig Website as advised by NWRB.
  • Preparation of financial projections of a certain project for CPC application.
  • Ensure the timely preparation of the Annual Reports for all projects with approved CPCs to be submitted to the NWRB.

  • Check the results of microbiological and physical/chemical water test and the Certificate of Potabilities, print and prepare a covering letter before forwarding to the NWRB.

  • Drafting of legal documents and letters regarding water permits, petitions to increase water volume, CPC applications, and assist the concerned team to resolve customer complaints raised to the National Water Resources Board.

  • Computation of water rates for new projects.
  • Review tariff schedule for all FLI projects.
  • Check the completeness and accuracy of Monthly Non-Revenue Water Report (for NWRB).
  • Ensure the preparation of Well Data and other relevant information of all projects with Approved Water Permits.
  • Submit reportorial requirements of our immediate superior.
  • Preparation of request for payment for any permits and licenses expenses and to monitor the liquidation of the said request.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Business or Engineering course or equivalent
  • With Valid Driver's License
  • Preferably with at least 1–2 years of experience in processing water permits, renewing barangay and business permits, and ensuring compliance with the requirements of Local Government Units (LGUs), NWRB, LLDA, DENR, and other government agencies.
