Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree holder in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field
  • Demonstrated at least 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management or a related role
  • Has a strong understanding and knowledge on the principles and policies on supply chain and procurement operations and administration
  • Familiarity with various procurement systems
  • Has an excellent communication and interpersonal skills

As a Procurement Operations Associate, you will be responsible in:

  • Support the Head of Procurement Operations in managing day-to-day procurement activities for both campuses.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal departments and the procurement team to ensure procurement needs are met efficiently and accurately.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services, particularly for low to medium spend items.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, cost analysis, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
  • They collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand, optimize inventory, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
