Key Responsibilities

  • Office Management: Order supplies, maintain equipment, manage facilities, and ensure a tidy, functional workspace.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Book meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel for staff.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare documents, data entry, reports, and assist various departments.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain physical and digital files, update databases, and handle general records.
  • Financial Tasks (Optional/Varies): Handle invoicing, budget tracking, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping.

Essential Skills & Requirements

  • Technical: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Interpersonal: Strong communication, customer service, and multi-tasking.
  • Organizational: Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Office Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Logistics: 1 year (Preferred)
