About UsAusPrint Clothing is a leading Australian supplier of uniforms, workwear, and promotional merchandise. We're looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy person to join our team to help streamline how we gather, prepare, and upload product data into DecoNetwork and related platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and deploy web scraping solutions (preferably using Apify) to gather product information, specifications, images, and pricing from ecommerce sites including login sites.
  • Use advanced Excel skills (formulas, data cleaning, lookups, pivots, text functions) to manipulate scraped and supplier data into consistent formats ready for upload.
  • Prepare and format product data (descriptions, categories, pricing, sizing charts, colour codes, images) for uploading into DecoNetwork.
  • Perform basic editing and resizing of product images in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Build and manage integrations and automations using to connect systems and streamline workflows.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise automated scraping and upload processes.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with brand standards.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to make sure products are live online accurately and on time.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in web scraping (Apify or similar frameworks).
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets expertise: formulas, data manipulation, text-to-columns, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and cleaning large datasets.
  • Ability to normalise and merge data from multiple sources into a consistent structure.
  • Familiarity with CSV/UTF-8 formatting, bulk uploads, and data integrity.
  • Proficiency with (Integromat) for creating and managing integrations and automations.
  • Understanding of ecommerce product structures (categories, variants, SKUs, attributes).
  • Experience with DecoNetwork or similar ecommerce/print-on-demand platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Basic skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for resizing and editing images.
  • Bonus: Skills in basic HTML/CSS for formatting product descriptions.
