Responsibilities:

  • Act as first point of contact for global people-related queries and manage inbox.
  • Handle full onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain HR records in Workday, including job changes, terminations, and benefits.
  • Manage security screening, payroll handovers, and employee administration tasks.
  • Support managers and colleagues on leave, benefits, and general HR inquiries.
  • Assist with annual HR processes such as performance management, pay review, and surveys.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external providers to ensure smooth HR operations.

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Experience in HR Shared Services, Operations, or payroll administration.
  • Exposure to global HR operations preferred.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Self-starter with initiative and ability to work collaboratively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php60, Php65,000.00 per month
