SUMMARY:

The Account Specialist plays a crucial role in our real estate development team, serving as a primary point of contract for prospective buyers interested in our properties. This role focuses on in-house sales/account operations within our real estate projects, requiring a deep understanding of our offerings, effective communication skills, and the ability to provide personalized solutions that meet the clients' needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers interested in our real estate projects.

· Provide detailed information about our properties, including features, benefits, pricing, and financing options.

· Conduct property tours and presentations for clients, highlighting key selling points and addressing inquiries.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure accurate and appealing representation of properties in promotional materials.

· Assist clients in selecting the most suitable property based on their preferences, needs, and budget.

· Guide clients through the sales process, including completing necessary paperwork, handling documentation, and facilitating transactions.

· Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both buyers and sellers.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project updates for clients.

· Look for property options for buyers.

· Market research especially on current market prices or properties being sold.

· Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and changes in real estate regulations.

· Maintain and accurate and up-to-date client records, interactions, and sales progress.

· Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.

· Meet or exceed sales targets as established by the company.

· Participate in sales training sessions, workshops and team property tours to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

· Attend regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.

· Proven experience in in-house sales, real estate sales, or a related sales role.

· Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and property development processes.

·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients effectively.

· Proficiency in using sales software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications.

· Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

· Highly organized and detailed oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Self-motivated, proactive and results-driven.

· Flexible to work weekends and attend events as needed.

· Real estate certification is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php23,000.00 per month
