Qualifications:

· Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Engineering or any related course

· Must have at least 1 YEAR working experience in construction industry.

· Experience in residential and commercial industry IS A PLUS.

· At least 1 year working experience using Auto CAD, Sketchup (with rendering engine Enscape, Vray or Lumion), MS-Word, MS-Powerpoint and Ms-Excel.

· Must be familiar with construction drawings.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Understands equations, calculations and written instructions from designers and engineers to ensure all blueprints and technical drawings are completed to specifications.

  2. Prepares plans, blow-up details and drawings in compliance with building code regulations and with relevant engineering principles.

  3. Visits sites (site survey) for proposal and as-built.

  4. Interprets sketches, schemes, computations and using CAD software to prepare detailed drawings, plans, and blueprints.

  5. Updates all shop drawings, documents, possible revisions and design issues based on site condition of the project.

  6. Produces detailed 2D drawings and perspectives of projects to be used in client presentations and project implementation.

  7. Maintains and updates organized files, related documents and stores drawings electronically for later use.

Willing to be assigned to South Caloocan City (Free lodging).
