Our client specializes in providing established Independent Marketing Organizations (IMOs) and Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) with comprehensive, done-for-you marketing solutions. The focus is on integrating efficient client acquisition systems and securing on-demand appointments for financial professionals.

About The Role
We are seeking proactive and highly motivated Appointment Setters to join a fast-growing lead generation agency. As an Appointment Setter, you'll play a key role in engaging prospects, qualifying leads, and scheduling high-quality appointments for the sales team. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication, resilience, and the ability to think critically in fast-moving conversations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to warm and cold leads.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and level of interest.
  • Schedule appointments with prospective clients and ensure smooth handoff to the sales team.
  • Maintain and update CRM records accurately with all interactions and lead information.
  • Follow up with leads promptly and persistently to maximize conversion rates.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets for calls, booked appointments, and conversion ratios.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve outreach strategies and appointment-setting results.

Requeriments

  • Fluent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Prior experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or sales support (B2B experience preferred).
  • Proactive, go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and communication platforms (Slack, Zoom, etc.).
  • Excellent time management, persistence, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preference for female candidates (aligned with target audience needs).
