We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Encoder to input, update, and maintain accurate information in our systems and databases. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, keen attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately encode data into internal systems and databases
  • Review, verify, and correct data for errors or inconsistencies
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all data handled
  • Generate and maintain reports as needed
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to data processing
  • Ensure timely completion of encoding assignments

Qualifications:

  • Strong typing and data entry skills (minimum 40 WPM)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Trustworthy, organized, and able to handle confidential information
  • OPEN FOR FRESH GRADUATE OR COLLEGE UNDERGRADUATE WITH DATA ENCODER EXPERIENCE
