Key Responsibilities:

  • Able to present layouts, 3D perspectives, and plans to clients.
  • Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and renderings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, or similar software.
  • Conduct site visits, measurements, and documentation for ongoing projects.
  • Coordinate with clients, technical personnel, and suppliers during the design and construction phases
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • Licensed Architect
  • Valid Driver's License is an advantage.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape or similar design software.
  • Knowledge of Philippine Building Code and local permitting processes is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Newly Licensed are ENCOURAGED to apply.
