As a QA Professional, you will be the primary guardian of the client's application's quality. You will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive testing strategy that complements the automated testing capabilities of the client's platform. Your role is to manually validate the application from a user's perspective, ensuring it is not only functional but also intuitive, reliable, and aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute manual test cases, including exploratory, usability, and regression testing.
  • Identify, document, and report bugs with clear, reproducible steps using defect tracking tools.
  • Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing to ensure no new issues are introduced.
  • Test new features to ensure they meet requirements and integrate seamlessly with the existing application.
  • Participate in the code review process by providing feedback on user-facing changes.
  • Collaborate with engineers to clarify bug reports and provide additional information as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in quality assurance.
  • Experience or a strong understanding of testing applications built on no-code/low-code platforms, focusing on business process validation and data integrity.
  • Familiarity with the GitHub workflow, including understanding branches, pull requests, and code deployment processes.
  • Expertise in using defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) to log, prioritize, and track issues.
  • Proven experience in manual testing methodologies (functional, usability, UAT) and creating detailed test plans and cases.
  • Strong analytical and exploratory skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.
