Job Description:

Cross-check liquidation reports with scope tagging and online orders.

Monitor and verify delivery status of online orders via email follow-ups / google sheet trackers.

Assist in maintaining accurate purchasing records, delivery and documentation.

Assist with Ad Hoc tasks related to company events and administrative activities.

Organize and maintain physical and digital admin files.

Sort, verify, and file petty cash vouchers according to company.

Job Qualification:

Currently, pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, or related field.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Good communication skills – written and verbal.

Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or with a team.

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)
