Our Client is Hiring: IT Access Provisioning Specialist (Manila-based)

We are looking for an
IT Access Provisioning Specialist
to join our client's Global Business Center in Manila. This role is key to ensuring secure and efficient access management for enterprise applications and systems that support U.S.-based operations.

Location:
Manila

Shift:
Night shift initially (may transition to day shift, subject to discussion)

About the Role

The IT Access Provisioning Specialist will manage user access across business-critical systems and applications. You'll be responsible for provisioning, modifying, and deactivating access in compliance with policies, while also supporting audits, compliance, and security initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provision, modify, and revoke user access to enterprise systems and applications.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and regulations.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and business teams for onboarding, offboarding, and role changes.
  • Support updates to Electronic Health Record (EHR) applications with Business Analysts.
  • Coordinate with vendors and escalate issues for resolution.
  • Manage requests using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Troubleshoot access-related issues and assist with access reviews and audits.
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base content.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in access governance and identity lifecycle management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred (high school diploma or equivalent required).
  • 2–3 years of IT access provisioning, IAM, or related IT support experience.
  • Strong understanding of access control and user lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, SAP, and ServiceNow.
  • Proficiency with ITSM ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional global teams.
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based operations or global delivery models preferred.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOX, HIPAA) is a plus.
