The Role

RCC CABLING AND NETWORK SOLUTIONS CORP. is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Assistant Network Engineer to join our growing Information & Communication Technology team. In this fulltime role based in Quezon City Metro Manila, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and optimizing our clients' network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain network systems, including routers, switches, firewalls and servers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues in a timely manner
  • Assist in the implementation of network upgrades, expansions and new installations
  • Collaborate with the network engineering team to develop and document network policies and procedures
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and best practices

What We're Looking For

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any Engineering related courses.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a network engineering or support role
  • Fresh Graduates are also welcome
  • Preferably Metro Manila Resident
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, topologies and technologies such as TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, LANs, Firewalls, Wireless networking, and routers.
  • Proficiency in network troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Working knowledge of network monitoring and management tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in the field (even outside Metro Manila)
