Revit Specialist / Revit Architect

Location: Mandaluyong City, Philippines_ (Full Onsite)_

We're looking for a Revit Specialist / Architect to join our team in Mandaluyong City.

You'll help bring architectural concepts to life through detailed Revit models, technical documentation, and design coordination for local and international projects.

What You'll Do:

  • Work hands-on in Revit (BIM) to create accurate building models and drawings
  • Prepare construction documentation & DA sets for permits and approvals
  • Coordinate with engineers & consultants to ensure smooth MEP integration
  • Apply building codes and compliance requirements to design stages
  • Develop schedules for doors, windows, finishes, lighting, and materials
  • Assist with design development for interiors, landscapes & sustainability solutions
  • Contribute to visual presentations

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years experience in Revit-based architectural design (AU/US experience a plus)
  • Advanced Revit skills with attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of architecture, drafting standards & construction methods
  • Familiarity with MEP coordination & clash detection in Revit
  • Solid understanding of building codes & permit processes
  • Can work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate well
