Operations Assistant

As an Operations Assistant, you'll be responsible of the following:
1. Financial & Compliance Management
- Monitor and ensure validity of LGU permits and compliance documents for all store locations.
- Oversee processing, release, monitoring, and liquidation of expenses, petty cash, and reimbursements.
- Regularly check and verify cash sales deposits of all branches to support audit compliance.
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and safekeeping of operational, financial, and compliance records.
2. Operational Support & Coordination
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to ensure smooth store and office operations.
- Assist in monitoring branch performance by consolidating operational reports, sales data, inventory levels, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with branch managers, supervisors, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to support store openings, audits, and operational initiatives.
- Support inventory management by tracking stock movement, shortages, and coordinating replenishment with relevant teams.
- Handle enrollment, coordination, and basic technical troubleshooting with Food Aggregator Account Managers.
3. Administrative & Strategic Execution
- Support the implementation and compliance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across company-owned and franchised branches.
- Track operational concerns, action items, and follow-ups to ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare operational reports, presentations, and documentation for management review.
- Assist in scheduling branch visits, audits, and operational meetings, including documentation of observations and action plans.
- Support special projects, process improvement initiatives, and operational rollouts as assigned by the Senior Operations Manager.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
