Job Summary:
The Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the daily operational activities of pharmacy branches to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant operations. The role involves monitoring store performance, implementing operational policies, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring excellent customer service in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support
- Monitor the day-to-day operations of assigned pharmacy branches.
- Ensure all stores comply with standard operating procedures and company policies.
- Assist in the implementation of operational strategies, sales programs, and promotions.
- Conduct routine store visits and audits to ensure operational readiness and compliance.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure adequate stock levels.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Review daily sales, inventory, and manpower reports from branches.
- Analyze operational data to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
- Prepare and submit regular performance reports to management.
Staff Coordination and Support
- Work closely with pharmacists and branch staff to resolve operational issues.
- Support HR and Training teams in onboarding and performance monitoring of branch employees.
- Promote teamwork and maintain a positive working environment in all assigned stores.
Customer Service and Compliance
- Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service.
- Monitor adherence to pharmacy laws, FDA regulations, and company health standards.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure prompt resolution of findings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 0-1 years of experience in retail or pharmacy operations.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willing to travel to various branch locations as needed.
- Knowledge of FDA and DOH regulations is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
