Loan Advisor

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Pay: 30,000-35,000 PHP/monthly
• Paid Time Off
• Internet Grant (Worth 2,000 pesos)
• Performance Bonus 1,000 - 5,000 pesos/week
• You'll receive ongoing training from our Team Managers, who have previously performed the same job and will help you to master it

NOTE: This is a full-time, permanent, WFH position.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Conducting outbound sales calls to develop and maintain new accounts
• Qualifying customers, verifying employment & credit status
  
• Listening and identifying the customer's needs before educating and advising the customer on the best personal financing solution tailored to them.
• Collecting, organizing, and delivering all relevant customer information & documentation to our financial partners to expedite the pre-approval process
• Actively listening to customers and driving satisfaction through solution-based relationships
• Acquiring product line knowledge on all of Spring Financial's programs and educating clients on the best use of such programs. 

What You Should Already Have:

• Entrepreneurial attitude with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in sales, retail or customer service environment is an asset
• Prior call center experience a plus, but not required
• Results-oriented, creative and charismatic with the desire to share a laugh or two with your teammates
• A diploma or degree and/or a combination of relevant experience

This is a great opportunity to get started in the Finance industry as specific licenses or certificates are not required for this role.

The compensation for this role is 30,000-35,000 PHP/monthly
