The Assistant Marketing Manager performs a variety of duties to assist and support the Marketing Manager in ensuring that all marketing campaigns are executed properly, and sustained and makes sure that all stores and sales teams are given the marketing support needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

● Graduate of a 4- year course preferably in Marketing, Advertising, and Multimedia.

● With 4-5 years of related work experience in Retail Marketing.

● Strong researching skills and ability to interpret data and communicate it effectively in

different marketing channels.

● Familiarization with data-driven marketing.

● Demonstratable experience in marketing together with potential and required to learn.

● A sense of aesthetics and love for great copy and impactful communication.

● Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in retail marketing and

measurements

● Excellent communication, problem – solving and collaboration skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Assist and support in developing marketing plans that set goals for increasing revenue,

market share, and brand awareness.

● Increase awareness for individual stores through implementation of in-mall ads and mall marketing support.

● Assist and support in conducting market research to identify potential opportunities for

growth in existing markets or new markets

● Joins meetings with key departments to discuss performance metrics and identify

problem areas

● Assist and support in analyzing data to identify opportunities for increasing store traffic

and sales

● Assist and support in implementing marketing strategies to promote products or

services in retail stores

● Coordinate and maintain strategic relationships and partner with key industry players,

agencies and vendors.

● Support in monitoring marketing budget on an annual and on a per project basis and

suggest how to allocate funds wisely.

● Support and assist in analyzing consumer behavior and adjusting campaigns

accordingly.
