About the role

Kaiser Medical Center. is seeking a driven and experienced Assistant Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Makati City Metro Manila. This full-time role will play a key part in driving the marketing strategy and execution for our innovative healthcare services and products.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels to promote our products and services
  • Collaborate with the product and creative teams to produce high-quality marketing materials, including digital content, advertising, and promotional collateral
  • Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimise future initiatives
  • Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives to engage our target audience
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the company's marketing strategy and brand positioning
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement

What we're looking for

  • Preferably FEMALE w/ minimum 2-5 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally within the healthcare or technology industry
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different stakeholders
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media, email marketing, and web analytics
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for driving innovation
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
