Accounting Head

The Suds Finance Head will form and lead the accounting department of the company. He or she is in charge of the following general duties:

• Craft the accounting department's organizational structure, creating the plan on how to add staff and expertise as the need grows.

• Clean up current practices, create and implement a strategic plan for new accounting protocols for a more streamlined system.

• Maximize the ERP and other main systems to make as many processes digital and interconnected.

• Solve problems related to accounting and finance.

The Accounting Head is also expected to have relevant experience in the following:

• Creation and deep understanding of Financial Statements and reporting these to management and other stakeholders.

• Valuation of companies using different systems.

• Understanding and dealing with the BIR including compliances and audits.

• Leadership of teams.

Finally, the Finance Head should be willing to travel every now and then to check on the industrial laundry sites, stores, and to meet with management. A vehicle and driver will be provided for his or her use for these occasions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php65,000.00 per month
