About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join our team and provide support in analyzing data, preparing financial and business reports, and generating insights that guide strategic decision-making. This role is well-suited for fresh graduates who are eager to learn and develop their careers in finance, management, and business analysis.

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will:

  • Assist in preparing financial models, forecasts, and reports.
  • Conduct market and business research to support projects and decision-making.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Prepare professional presentations and reports for management and clients.
  • Support project management activities, including documentation and coordination.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and analyze information.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, particularly in finance and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Graduate with a 4-year degree in Finance, Management, Accountancy, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Latin honors is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly presentable, professional, and confident in dealing with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Willing to learn, be trained, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
