About the Role

We're looking for a Trading Platform Administrator to help power the core infrastructure behind global online trading systems. You'll play a critical role in installing, configuring, and maintaining our trading platforms (MT4, MT5, cTrader), working closely with the IT, Risk, and Development teams. Your job is to make sure everything runs smoothly — trades execute reliably, servers stay healthy, and issues get resolved fast.

If you're confident working with Windows servers, comfortable with scripting, and familiar with trading platforms and monitoring tools, this is an opportunity to contribute to a high-performance environment trusted by automated and professional traders worldwide.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Install, configure, and maintain MT4, MT5, and cTrader servers and components

  • Set up and manage financial instruments on trading platforms

  • Support system integrations and new product rollouts

  • Monitor performance and conduct regular system health checks and backups

  • Troubleshoot platform issues and work with external vendors when required

  • Perform system audits and preemptively fix bottlenecks or risks

  • Manage Windows-based server environments to ensure secure, efficient operations

  • Write scripts for task automation and system monitoring

  • Ensure low-latency and secure network configurations for trading environments

  • Maintain clear documentation of processes and system configurations

  • Stay updated on platform updates and trading infrastructure best practices

Must-Have Experience

  • Solid understanding of the Forex industry

  • Proven experience with MT4/MT5 and cTrader platform administration

  • Familiarity with monitoring tools like Zabbix, Graylog, or Kibana

  • Strong problem-solving skills for platform-related issues

  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-uptime environment

  • Strong organization and multitasking skills

Bonus / Preferred

  • MetaTrader 5 Administrator Certification (MetaQuotes)

  • Windows system administration in a trading environment

  • Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash) for automation

  • Basic networking knowledge and experience optimizing for low-latency setups

  • Familiarity with SQL queries and database troubleshooting

Work Schedule & Compensation

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift

  • Work Setup: Remote (Philippines-based)

  • Pay: PHP 90,000 – 140,000 per month

  • Supplemental Pay: 13th Month
