Their main duties include reviewing current production schedules & processes to find potential improvements, designing the layouts of the facilities & estimating production costs.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate current manufacturing practices and identify those needing improvement
  • Manage production schedules and coordinate services to maximize productivity
  • Reviews production schedules, processes and specifications.
  • Designs efficient production processes and workflows.
  • Ensures that processes are designed to ensure that products meet quality standards
  • Implement controls to monitor costs, reduces waste and addresses production issues
  • Prepares Inventory Analysis and procurement purchase orders to address production needs.
  • Helps to develop instruction manuals for production personnel
  • Do responsibilities as deemed appropriate by Immediate heads or by the management

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS in Industrial Engineering or related field such as manufacturing or mechanical engineer.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Data Analytics skills and experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Understanding of Ergonomics
  • Experience using of CAD platforms and SAP software
