  • Graduate of Engineering Degree Course preferably Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering. Board exam passer or with license and Masters in Engineering course is an advantage.
  • With at least 4 years of relevant experience in Semiconductor / Electronics Company with bare flex or PCB fabrication manufacturing engineering. Proven record of accomplishment in leading cross-functional projects in an automated or digital manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience with MES, SCADA, IoT platforms, Auto Recipe systems, and data-driven process control.
  • In depth knowledge in FPC manufacturing processes including familiarity with process setup, equipment, failure analysis. Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement frameworks. Can effectively create reports, communicate and good at presentation skills. Expert in creative thinking, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Project Management Skills Excellent interpersonal skills Strong Leadership Skills.
  • Knowledge of PLCs, machine communication protocols, and system integration. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
