  • Graduate of Engineering Degree Course preferably Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • With at least 4 years of relevant experience in Semiconductor / Electronics Company with bare flex or PCB fabrication manufacturing engineering. Proven record of accomplishment in leading cross-functional projects in an automated or digital manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of PLC programming, industrial networks, and automation systems.
  • In depth knowledge in FPC manufacturing processes including familiarity with process setup, equipment, failure analysis. Can effectively create reports, communicate and good at presentation skills. Expert in creative thinking, analytical and problem solving skills. Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in reliability engineering tools and predictive maintenance software. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Project Management Skills Excellent interpersonal skills Strong Leadership Skills
  • Exposure to MES, SCADA, IoT platforms, or digital twin technologies. Lean Six Sigma certification or advanced maintenance reliability training is an advantage.
