About the Role

We are looking for an accomplished Operations Manager with extensive experience in the construction industry, particularly in facade, glass, aluminum, and curtain wall projects. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader who can oversee project execution, resource management, client satisfaction, and operational excellence within the vertical construction sector.

Scope of Work & Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end project operations for facade, glass, and aluminum installation — from planning, production, logistics, to on-site execution.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to achieve operational and financial goals.

Lead production scheduling, manpower deployment, and procurement coordination for smooth workflow.

Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Develop and implement strategies for efficiency improvement, cost control, and productivity enhancement.

Drive team performance, accountability, and continuous process improvement across operations.

Project & Operations Management – Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring operational discipline and performance efficiency.

People & Performance Leadership – Supervise site teams, monitor outputs, and nurture high-performing project operations staff.

Strategic & Financial Control – Track KPIs, profitability, materials usage, and resource allocation to optimize operational outcomes.

Client & Stakeholder Management – Strengthen relationships through responsiveness, transparency, and technical reliability.

Proven leadership and decision-making under pressure.

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.

Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in construction operations, specifically in facade, curtain wall, or aluminum-glass systems.

Proven track record in managing complex, large-scale vertical projects.

Strong leadership, strategic planning, and people management capabilities.

Willing to be based in Cebu City and open to site visits nationwide.
