Origination, e

  • ecution oversight and management of ING's corporate finance transactions in the Philippines with related team management and client relationship management responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Origination of new corporate finance transactions with new and e

  • isting ING clients

  • Management of active marketing and mandated transactions through to successful completion and fee collection

  • Management and delivery of annual corporate finance budget allocated to the Philippines, including achievement of revenue targets and effective cost management
  • Maintenance of significant client relationships in conjunction with other product groups and Philippines Corporate Client and FI coverage teams
  • Leadership of Philippines corporate finance team, including but not limited to team-wide objectives and KPI setting, team member development, talent retention, recruiting and management reporting requirements
  • Adherence to corporate risk and compliance policies
  • Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time-to-time.

  • Strong knowledge in Corporate Finance and Capital Markets are a plus
    Demonstrated e- perience in growing the business successfully
  • Strong technical skills and product knowledge
