Assist the Corporate Finance and respective deal teams in the origination and e

  • ecution of Corporate Finance transactions, including preparation of presentations, financial models and analyses, as well as memos for internal approvals, among others

Assist the Deal Director/s in managing day-to-day requirements of transactions, including coordination with members of the ING regional e

  • ecution and sector teams, client representatives, and other advisors (e.g. lawyers, accountants, technical advisors, etc.)

Assist in completion of client due diligence for e

  • isting and prospective clients

  • Assist in preparation of and ensure compliance with internal requirements relating to Compliance, Business Continuity Planning, and Document Retention, as may be required

  • Cross-sell opportunities with other products offered by ING Commercial Bank in Asia
