Position Title: Returns Associate

Job Description:

  • Prepare and assist in the pull-out of RTVs (Return to Vendor)
  • Perform Returns Recognition and ensure all return transactions are accurately recorded
  • Handle Returns Pull-Out and coordinate with relevant departments for proper documentation
  • Conduct Returns Reconciliation and Returns Validation to ensure accuracy and completeness of data
  • Maintain organized records and support other return-related administrative tasks

Job Qualifications:

  • With 1 to 2 years of work experience related to data encoding (preferred)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good typing skills and attention to detail
  • SAP background is an advantage
