JOB DESCRIPTION:

Account Manager role involves lead generation, account nurturing, identifying opportunities, setting appointments, conducting client presentations, following up on deals, closing sales, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Role / Responsibilities

  • Generate a strong pipeline of qualified leads through cold outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, email campaigns, content, and other channels
  • Identify, pursue, and grow new business opportunities and client accounts
  • Set up and lead meetings with key decision-makers to present solutions and services
  • Develop client-focused proposals and manage opportunities through to successful close
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships by handling daily needs and proactively addressing concerns
  • Achieve assigned quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, including customer details, meetings, and pipeline status
  • Support the execution of company marketing and growth initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, offerings, and overall client value
  • Stay informed on products, target accounts, and industry developments through ongoing research
  • Work closely with Finance to ensure timely and accurate collections

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales and account management
  • Proven ability to manage sales pipelines, forecasting, and end-to-end sales processes
  • Strong capability to communicate product and service value clearly and persuasively
  • Comfortable using technology and eager to learn new tools
  • Excellent communication skills for both virtual and in-person stakeholder engagement
  • Able to perform well under pressure, work independently, and collaborate effectively with teams
  • Goal-driven, adaptable, and resourceful
  • Flexible and responsive to changing business needs and environments
