Ensure that each store within the district is following and maintaining the correct standards and protocols in terms of:
Product Quality - Fresh quality bread.
- Cleanliness – Clean, fresh stores and in good condition.
- Customer Service - Following Todo Bigay protocols.
- Merchandising - Standard planogram and product placement.
Cash controls - Exact cash sales is deposited in full and on time.
Responsible for meeting financial targets - sales, pull-outs, expenses and contribution margins.
Ensure that each bakeshop staff is accountable for their corresponding tasks and responsibilities.
Communicate and implement all strategies and initiatives in each store, aligned with overall district and company goals.
Communicate and coordinate directly with the Lessors and manage/resolve any issues or concerns.
Conduct weekly huddles with bakeshop supervisors to align with sales targets and other initiatives.
Regularly go on field work – physically visit all stores in accordance with the approved workplan.
Handle and address any customer complaints with utmost care.
Monitor sales product movements, pull-outs and adjust production schedule and commissary orders accordingly. 9. Manage all team members and enforce necessary sanctions and penalties for noncompliant bakeshops based on Julie's Standards.
Any other tasks, functions, or projects that may be assigned as required.
1. RECORD MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS.
Ensures that all records within the assigned areas are complete and intact. Records include but is not limited to the following:
- a) Assets & Equipment Inventory per BGC Store.
- b) Sales history of all stores.
- c) Others as maybe required.
2. ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS.
Task to do administrative functions such as but not limited to the following:
- Monitor the renewal of lease contract (BGC)
- Monitor the renewal of Business Permits (BGC)
- Others as may be required.
- Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
IV. Position Profile
Education: College graduate in any business management related course.
Experience: At least 5-year experience in bakeshop management or retail store management.
V. Technical Competency
- Office Skill - Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and PPT), Outlook, Google Docs and any relevant industry-specific programs essential for managers. In addition, a proficiency with financial and accounting software, data entry, popular web publishing platforms and HR and scheduling programs may be required.
