Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Front-End Developer with a strong background in Svelte, SvelteKit, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with UI/UX designers, contribute to architectural decisions, write clean and efficient code, and grow within the Svelte/SvelteKit ecosystem. This is a fully remote role perfect for someone passionate about modern frontend development and eager to develop innovative user interfaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain scalable applications using Svelte, SvelteKit, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS.
  • Translate Figma design mockups into fully functional, responsive UI components.
  • Collaborate closely with UI/UX teams to ensure design fidelity and optimal user experience.
  • Participate in team meetings, contribute to architectural decisions, and uphold best practices.
  • Implement design patterns and ensure code quality, reusability, and maintainability.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
  • Share knowledge, conduct peer code reviews, and mentor junior developers to foster growth.

What We Expect From You:

  • 5+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, including 3+ years with Svelte/SvelteKit.
  • Deep understanding of Svelte and its entire ecosystem.
  • Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and experience with styling frameworks like TailwindCSS.
  • Ability to work with Figma at a developer level, translating designs into functional code.
  • Proficiency with Git and modern version control workflows.
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Enthusiastic to learn and grow within the Svelte/SvelteKit ecosystem.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with Svelte 5 (or latest versions).
  • Experience working with GraphQL APIs.
  • Working knowledge of Azure cloud services.
  • Understanding of IdentityServer or other identity management solutions.
  • Skills in C# and .NET 8.
