Legal Assistant

Responsible for assisting in the monitoring. tracking, and management of all activities related to the company's engagement with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and ensuring all sellers (real estate brokers and salespersons) comply with regulatory requirements under RESA (RA The role includes coordinating licensing, renewals, accreditations, and acting as the main point of contact with the PRC to maintain smooth and compliant operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and update accurate records and databases of brokers and sales persons* PRC credentials and related documentation.
- Communicate with brokers and sales persons regarding deadlines, requirements, and status of their PRC licenses.
- Coordinate with PRC offices and handle inquiries related to licensing and certification processes.
- Help identify and report any discrepancies or issues concerning PRC compliance.
- Stay updated on PRC rules, deadlines, and changes, and relay relevant information to the team.
- Assist in compiling reports and documentation for management review.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of four-year College Course, preferably with background in regulatory compliance, license
- Prior experience in administrative, regulatory, or compliance roles is a plus.
- Basic understanding of PRC licensing processes is an advantage.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
