What is your mission?
We are looking for a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to review digital ad assets, coordinate revisions, ensure compliance with platform requirements, and support smooth delivery to media buying teams. You will manage creative workflows, maintain documentation, monitor deadlines, and ensure all assets meet technical and brand standards for successful campaign execution.
You will provide the best service to our partner client by performing these tasks:
Creative Review & Quality Assurance
- Review digital ad creatives (banners, videos, social graphics, etc.) for quality, accuracy, and brand alignment.
- Ensure assets comply with platform specs (display, video, social) and campaign requirements.
- Maintain documentation of versions, approvals, and revision history.
Cross-Team Coordination
- Communicate feedback to account, sales, and operations teams.
- Serve as liaison between account teams and media buyers to resolve spec issues, messaging concerns, or missing details.
- Coordinate updates, revisions, and approvals across internal teams.
Asset Delivery & Workflow Management
- Ensure timely delivery of final creative assets to media buyers.
- Confirm files meet technical standards for various placements and ad platforms.
- Monitor timelines and alert teams to potential delays or bottlenecks.
- Help manage digital asset libraries, naming conventions, and file organization.
- Perform other tasks as needed to support creative operations.
- Ensure assets comply with platform specs (display, video, social) and campaign requirements.
- Maintain documentation of versions, approvals, and revision history.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing or Creatives.
- Familiarity with digital advertising formats (display, video, social) and asset requirements.
- Experience with project management or asset management tools (Asana, , etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business software.
- Strong understanding of digital media solutions and campaign workflows.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Pay: Php50, Php65,000.00 per month
