Job Description:

  • Assist in handling daily marketing administration, including internal process applications, documentation, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on procurement-related tasks (e.g., sourcing, quotations, payment process).
  • Support marketing campaigns, events, and activities, including logistics coordination and on-site assistance.
  • Assist in managing marketing materials, promotional items, and inventory.
  • Create or adapt simple graphic design materials (e.g., posters, social media visuals, event collaterals) when required.
  • Provide general support to the Marketing Manager and regional marketing team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience preferred (fresh graduates with strong skills will also be considered).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
