Join our client, a gaming firm, as a Senior Revenue Associate and play a key role in managing the revenue cycle for online gaming operations. Forming part of the accounts receivable team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of revenue-related activities, acting as a bridge between Commercial, Finance, and Operations teams. As a mid-senior level member, your contributions will be vital to revenue assurance and to supporting commercial decision-making.

This is an on-site opportunity, candidates must be able to commute to Cebu Business Park or be willing to relocate to work on-site.

  • Take ownership of setting up and maintaining partner contracts, commercial rates, and revenue models in internal systems.
  • Review, interpret, and validate contractual terms for accurate revenue recognition and billing.
  • Prepare, validate, and issue monthly invoices to partners, ensuring compliance with agreements.
  • Carry out detailed revenue reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and propose corrective actions.
  • Handle accounts receivable
  • Work with Commercial and Finance teams to provide revenue insights for pricing, negotiations, and forecasting.
  • Support internal and external audits with timely and accurate documentation.
  • Identify process improvements and automation opportunities in revenue operations.
  • Mentor and support junior team members such as Revenue Administrators.

To excel in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in a related field or experience in revenue operations, billing, or finance, ideally in the iGaming or software industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables and formulas) and comfort working with large data sets. You should understand contract structures, principles of revenue recognition, and possess the ability to clearly communicate commercial terms. Strong organizational skills and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset will help you thrive.

Salary: PHP 60, ,000 per month gross
