Summary Of The Role We’re looking for a Revenue Analyst who can bring the energy, deliver results, and raise the bar in a fast-growing HR technology company. In this role, you’ll shape data-driven strategies that fuel business growth and influence key decisions across the Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. You’ll leverage advanced analytics, Salesforce, and SQL to uncover insights, optimize performance, and drive impact. What We Are Looking For 4+ years of proven experience to conduct full-funnel GTM workflow analysis, including ICP targeting and market expansion recommendations. Ability to gather and interpret business intelligence from internal data, industry reports, and public sources to inform strategy. Develop and enhance reports and dashboards using Salesforce, SQL, Excel, and advanced analytics tools. Solve reporting gaps and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate, reliable data solutions. Partner with leadership to analyze business challenges and deliver actionable insights that drive revenue growth. Perform territory expansion analysis and competitive intelligence to support strategic GTM initiatives. Document and manage GTM milestones, training materials, and market research for organizational alignment.
