Operations Assistant

Job Duties:
- To perform clerical and administrative functions as required
- Liaise with concerned business units and act as point of contact for all stakeholders
- Organize and schedule appointments/meetings
- Duly prepare correspondence and disseminate memo across the group
- Report their operation findings to upper management as needed.
- Send monthly performance report on fuel facilities operations, audit findings, and manpower performance.
- Estimate risks and apply risk minimizing techniques
- Conduct once a week spot audit on all sites to ensure that the operation is compliant with HSSE standards.
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedure; complying with legal regulations.
- Present with a report and recommendation on every spot audit.
- Perform other functions or participates in ad-hoc projects as may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent.
- At least two (2) years' related work experiences gained from similar or related industry
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
