About the role As a Motorpool Assistant at Grand Apex Constructions Inc , you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of the company's fleet of vehicles. This full-time position is based in Cainta Rizal and involves a range of responsibilities focused on maintaining and managing the company's motorpool. What you’ll be doing Assisting with the daily management and maintenance of the company's fleet of vehicles Coordinating vehicle scheduling, assignments, and dispatching to ensure optimal utilisation Performing regular inspections and preventative maintenance on all vehicles Maintaining detailed records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and service history Liaising with external service providers for repairs, maintenance, and certifications Ensuring the motorpool area is kept clean, organised, and well-stocked with necessary supplies Providing support to the wider operations team as needed What we’re looking for Relevant experience in a motorpool or fleet management role, preferably within the construction industry Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Good communication and customer service skills Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and procedures Apply now to join our growing team and be a part of the exciting future of Grand Apex Constructions Inc. #J-18808-Ljbffr
