Role Purpose
Provide operational support to the finance team by managing CRM workflows, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with accounting-related tasks through HubSpot and integrated systems.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update HubSpot records for clients, vendors, and financial contacts

Support invoice tracking, payment status updates, and deal-stage documentation

Assist with reconciliation tasks by aligning CRM data with accounting systems

Generate reports for finance and operations teams using HubSpot dashboards

Monitor automation workflows related to billing, onboarding, and service milestones

Collaborate with finance staff to ensure data accuracy and compliance
Requirements

Experience with HubSpot CRM (1–3 years preferred)

Background in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping

Strong attention to detail and data integrity

Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks)

Excellent communication and organizational skills
