Job Title: (Senior QA)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior QA to ensure the reliability, fairness, and performance of our online casino platform. You will play a critical role in testing game logic, payment systems, and backend functionality, ensuring compliance with industry standards and delivering a seamless user experience.

Job Responsibilities:

1.    Design and execute comprehensive test plans for casino games, payment gateways, user account systems, and game engines.

2.    Lead QA activities for new game launches, platform upgrades, and third-party game integrations.

3.    Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API components.

4.    Collaborate with developers, product managers, and compliance teams to resolve issues and meet regulatory standards.

5.    Conduct functional, regression, performance, and security testing.

6.    Ensure Random Number Generator (RNG) testing and fairness verification.

7.    Review and improve QA processes to align with gaming regulations (e.g., PAGCOR).

8.    Mentor junior QA staff and uphold high testing standards across the QA team.

Job Qualifications:

1.   Knowledge of principles and processes for providing good customer service. This includes customer needs assessment and meeting quality standards for service.

2.   Professional, enthusiastic, and customer service oriented.

3.   Ability to be polite, have confidence and use diplomacy in difficult situations.

4.   Able to set priorities and multi-task.

If you are:

1.    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

years of QA experience.

3.    Strong understanding of online casino platforms, RNG testing, and game certification standards.

4.    Proficient in automation tools.

5.    Familiar with compliance and regulatory testing for licensed gaming operators.

6.    Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

7.    Experience with testing payment systems and third-party game integrations is a strong advantage.
