We are looking to hire a Senior Software QA Engineer who will manage all projects and will serve as a traffic controller where he/she collaborates with requestors and users, as well as developers. He/She also manages projects and other tasks of the Junior QA.

He/She will strictly follow the SDLC Methodology except for the programming part, as follows:

Data Gathering & Technical Discussions with Requestors or Project managers, as well as with IT Developers and Technical support when needed

Systems Analysis & Design

Mock-up & Presentation

Gantt Chart

Case build-up and preparation

Software Testing

Presentation to requestors

Documentation for user and developer guidelines and manuals

User Training

10.  System roll-out, implementation, and Acceptance

11.  System support with Developers and Technical support

12.  System Post Evaluation

All of these in collaboration with IT Developers and the Head of IT.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
  • Has to have 3 or more years of experience in:

Software testing

Data Gathering

Documentation, including flowcharting
- Has up-to-date working knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies.
- Well verse in Software Development Cycle
- Programming background such as SQL scripting is a big advantage.
- SAP background is also an advantage.
- Good communication in English both written and verbal
- Willing to work onsite in our Head Office in Quezon City
