  • As a member of the Front of House (FOH) Food and Beverage team, youll be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth daily operations.   • Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Serve food and drinks to guests with attention to detail and timing
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of front-of-house areas (tables, service stations, etc.)
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and urgency
  • Process payments (cash, card, or digital) using POS systems
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down for service (including cleaning, polishing glassware/cutlery, restocking supplies)
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
  • Uphold the venues brand, values, and service standards
  • Previous FOH or customer service experience (preferred but not always required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including allergens (training provided)
  • POS system experience is a plus
